If you are a clueless female, go to this place! They are friendly, take time to explain, and aren’t pushy to get you to get more work done. I was a walk-in who got tires at a really good price for my Toyota Prius and they were super speedy. Lots of room in the waiting area and it’s busy- not sketchy at all. Highly recommend!!

As a general rule of thumb, I always expect to wait at least an hour even with an appointment. Discount Tire is just a busy place, and even when they're busting their butts, it takes time to do a quality job. And that's okay in my book! This location gets 5 stars from me, because they were extremely prompt greeting me and checking me in when I arrived. I didn't even have time to get inside before someone was out to my truck! They were friendly and helpful, but they didn't push too hard when I told them I wasn't ready for new tires. They also actually aired my tires to my specified PSI. Very much appreciated! (This step often gets overlooked, in my experience.) And, as a major bonus, it wasn't busy when I was there, so my balance/rotation took ~15min. That's got to be a record low wait time. Love this location!

I came here simply to find out what my options were regarding new wheels and tires for my GMC Sierra 1500 and ended walking out very happy with a new set. I was greeted by Dallas Smalley who really went out of his way to help me out. After explaining to him my current setup, he showed me all the wheel/tire options available to me and even fit my truck with a set so that I could see exactly how my purchase would affect the stance and look of my truck before even buying anything. Very important to me was getting the right fit so that there would be absolutely be no rubbing -- including while braking -- and the wheels and tires fit the aesthetic of the truck. He showed me all the options in addition to the costs associated with each to ensure my purchase absolutely met my requirements. I highly recommend this store for all of your wheel and tire needs, especially if you get the chance to work with Dallas.

They have handled all tires on my current and previous VW GTIs -buying both summer and winter tires, and extra set of wheels. The free changeovers that they provide is great and the service prompt and efficient - especially if you book on-line. The staff are all excellent, and the replacement tires well-priced. After this last visit, my low-pressure light came on the next day, and they did a full inspection of tire and wheel for no cost to find if there were any issues. Absolute top quality service!

My appointment was at 8 am, when they open. When they unlocked the door a gentleman called my name, took my keys and got my car right in. By the time I was checked in they were already half done with my car. They were very polite and friendly. I believe I spoke with Jordan? Very nice you man. I was there for no longer than 30 minutes. And the tires I got were top of the line and a few hundred dollars cheaper than the competitor. They look great. Very happy with my entire experience. Keep it up, you guys are great!!
